Delivery Policy:

Every order is important to us. Therefore, we try to satisfy every customer with exquisite flowers and outstanding service. 

We welcome your remarks and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, be sure to get in touch with us, and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

Same-Day Delivery:

We highly recommend placing orders one day before your delivery date for local deliveries. We will accept online orders until 12:00 pm. If an order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Incorrect Delivery Address:

Monica Chimes Floral is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. 

Request to Leave Item at Door: 

We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. Due to this special request, we cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products.

Substitution Policy:

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. 

Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or more value.

We try to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement. 

Holiday Policy:

Due to high demand and varying store hours, we request that all customers, depending on the size order, plan to order at least one day to one week before your intended delivery date.
